We process the personal data of our customers for the following purposes:
- ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the service including: processing requests, orders, troubleshooting, providing technical support for the duration of the contract
- executing tasks that pertain to the contract, including maintaining servers that host our software
- handling finances, accounts, complaints, and requests
- fulfilling our legal obligations
- informational and commercial (including direct marketing), in order to provide the necessary information about related products/functions that can support the operation of our client's organization and/or the service purchased from us, until they decide to opt out
If you are our potential business partner/customer, we process your personal data for the following purposes:
- related to establishing and maintaining business relations
- commercial i.e. creating a demo account, making presentations, providing advertising materials upon obtaining proper consent (and up to the point it is withdrawn)
- necessary to sign a contract for the provision of services
Your personal information may be shared with:
- the Administrator's employees/co-workers authorized to process them on the Administrator's request
- other data recipients, including server infrastructure providers and operating system administrators, to the extent required to maintain and ensure the security of our software
- authorized entities upon verified request, such as law enforcement agencies
while maintaining all guarantees to ensure the security of the transferred data.
You have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data:
- the right to access your personal data and receive their copy
- the right to rectify (amend) the data
- the right to delete your data, and to restrict their processing
- the right to object to the processing of your personal data

- the right to withdraw consent to data processing
- the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
Data processing timeframe
We will process your data until you withdraw your consent to processing, but also when we deem that we have fulfilled the Administrator's legitimate interest.

Your data in our software
If you use the E-PM system or other software developed by us, we may access the data contained therein, especially during:
- server infrastructure maintenance
- operating system administration tasks
- application administration
- additional works we have been commissioned, e.g., setting up, updating or deleting user accounts
- performing, monitoring and restoring backup
- verifying attachments that may be infected with viruses
In terms of the Data Protection Ordinance, we become a processor of personal data and it is necessary to enter into a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data.
